A 30 taper manual mill, is not super common in a vertical style.. 40 taper machines are capable of real work, and tend to be priced accordingly.. Now the flexibility of a Bridgeport style turret mill, is hard to beat for a small one mill shop..

Can purchase bench separately but I prefer heavy steel or heavy wood bench to keep from vibrating noise. I quit using this and preferred a Bridgeport knee mill.
